As a woman in the male-dominated pest control industry, she instilled a woman’s touch within Ladybug Services by showing compassion toward the customers feelings, homes, and
needs while thoroughly eliminating pests.
With her magnetic personality and focus on
delivering detailed services, she developed a reputation that took Ladybug Services from neighborhood pest professionals to a statewide provider, opening another office in Cleveland, Ohio.
After serving in the pest control industry for over 25 years,
Regina retired from Ladybug Services and has passed the torch to her two children, Reginald and Jordan. Equipped with a strategy for becoming the region’s most recommended pest control company, these brothers will continue building the Ladybug Services legacy of thoroughness, compassion, and community engagement.
